Staff were kind and went the extra mile, like preparing a takeaway sandwich for my early departure. check-in took longer than expected, around 30 minutes, which was frustrating. the lack of an on-site parking option was inconvenient, given the location in the busy area. I enjoyed my stay despite these minor drawbacks.
